perhaps unsurprising that a group of ten Oxford students let loose in a supermarket make a beeline for the avocados. We bought twenty, for a three day stay. These are the ‘ripe’ ones, and the unripe ones sat in a carefully arranged line on the window sill to ripen. We finished them all, naturally.

my mum used to call me her butterfly because I’ve never been very good at staying in one place for long hehe. Oxford on Saturday morning – Cambridge Saturday afternoon for some travel planning with the most wonderful Freya and catchups with friends from across the pond – home to see my boys – London on Sunday – Wales on Monday !
